First Mondays Laughter Yoga & Sound Bath Meditation @ UUCCHC
First Monday Laughter Yoga and Sound Bath. meditation. Start your month off right! Join us for a FREE 90 minute experience focused on stress relief, relaxation, and connection through laughter, breath, and guided sound. No yoga experience required. Bring a mat if you have one, loaners available. Blankets and comfort items encouraged. Doors open at 6:30pm for informal conversation and connections. Sessions begin at 7pm. Space is limited.
